Kerrick Canyon Creek to Forsyth Peak. 15 miles, 995 miles total.

All the rain helped to clear out the smoke. The sky is so blue!

There was another beautiful sunset tonight!

By morning, Kerrick Canyon Creek had calmed down and it was actually fairly easy to cross. Once on the other side, I stopped to dry out my tent and my gear. Everything was wet again from all the rain.

The afternoon hiking was in a large meadow. There were a lot of flower and a lot of bugs! It was a fairly flat hike through the meadow. That was nice.

Higher Ground ... Thanks for checking out my blog! It would be great to have you as a guest in Sisters, Oregon in December. Just let me know how many are coming and what dates you'd like to come. It's going to be a great celebration! Keep on hiking!
