I'm still outside of the town of Idyllwild. There was a lot of snow, so I took it really slow. At one point late in the evening, I wasn't 100% certain that I was still on the trail, so I stopped for the night. I was also low on water, but I knew that I was near a creek so I can get water in the morning.
I did see a few other hikers today ... one going Southbound. That helped to stay on the trail a little.
